## 2. Service
Dream Office is an AI-powered service that generates and remodels office interior design images based on your inputs (e.g. style, room type, photos). Features and limits depend on your plan.
## 3. Use of Generated Designs
You may use generated designs for your own purposes in line with your plan. You may not resell or redistribute the raw AI-generated images as a standalone product, claim ownership of our models or systems, or use the service or outputs for anything illegal or harmful. Commercial usage rights depend on your subscription; free and standard plans are for personal or non-commercial use. Check your plan in the app for whether commercial use is included.
## 4. Billing
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and renew automatically unless you cancel. Refunds and disputes are subject to Stripe’s terms and applicable consumer law.
## 5. Privacy
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy (account, usage, designs, analytics). By using the service you accept that policy.
## 6. AI and Content
Outputs are generated by AI and can vary. We do not guarantee any particular result or quality. We may remove or restrict content that violates our guidelines or the law.

Dream Office owns the platform, software, and AI systems. You keep rights in content you upload; you grant us the rights we need to provide and improve the service.
## 8. Liability
The service is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant services.
